I have owned a super 3600 model for 30 years plus. The only time I needed parts/repair was with the Hexagonal blade attachment went bad but it was replaced by Vitamix with a serrated type at no cost. The older models were amazing and I do not need any parts now except a gasket for the dome. Thanks for posting this site. since I am intending in keeping this 3600 for another 30 years.

there's a fish odor coming from my foodsaver even after the tray has been removed and cleaned.....could liquid have leaked into the guts of the machine? Amny suggestions on how to open and clean?

This is the opposite of simple. There's like 20 buttons. Why do they not make a clock radio without an alarm? That would eliminate at least a few buttons. My father is unable to use his radio anymore and is constantly setting the alarms and changing the functions without knowing how he's doing it.

Show us how to fix it...power cord inside the coffee maker burn out ..need replacements and reconnect the wire. Please the video how to do it

I have a FoodSaver Compact II model that I love and the heat strip isn't heating or sealing. It was fine...then suddenly stopped heating/sealing. I don't see any heat seal strips that resemble replacements...or any obvious way to replace it. Can someone help? Thank you!

Nobody sells replacement blades for the 3600 or the 3600 plus, unless you know something that I don't.......

I shorted mine out so it's aways hot (I know I'm going to get hate but come on, it's a $10 soldering pen.)

had two, both broke. You forgot to mention the 1/16 th of an inch of movement between 'on' and 'off'. 'auto setting', time zones, and DST all a pain.

how do you set the thing, if you can not set it , its no dam good

bit of a joke.. all you need is a on off switch and volume switch, not button..the switches need to be yellow or red in color to stand out
